FOCUS IS THE KEY

Work hard and work smart nowadays have become cliche.Focus is the new trend.You can put in work but with no focus then yout goal may not be attained.
    Speaking on Taj show,One of the senior supervisors at Umoinner sacco  spoke on the journey he has travelled to reach to where he is.He started as a tout in the city after having witnesses how people with degrees were jobless.Him and 7 other men hit the ground and started touting and from that they would earn sh 200 and they would save sh 10 everyday.They would save it and take it to the bank.They did this for 7years to which they bought a nissan.
     After sometime,they added another nissan and the business kept picking up.Then there came news that the govt would scrap out 14 seater vehicles and this made them to sell the two nissans and bought a new bus.It took them 2 weeks to decide on the design of the bus.After which they came up a design 'brand'.The govt also encouraged the formation of saccos which led birth to Umoinner sacco.To join them, you need a certificate of good conduct ,national ID and all required documents.
  One thing he constantly kept echoing in his interview on Taj show was FOCUS.Without focus,they(him and 7 others )would not be there .Hard work+focus=Ultimate success
