There is a terrifying telephone scam that is going on and is taking swipe at vulnerable potential customers.This latest deception is known as ‘number spoofing’ because crooks call
customers using a phone number which mimics that of their
bank.

  The crooks use a device that is able to distort their original number and copies the bank number.So in the case that they call you the bank number flashes on the display of your screen.After that,they(scammers) tell of a
suspicious activity on your bank log for example,you are told of how some amount was transferred by a stranger from your account.Now
that you are in the state of panic,they proceed to ask for your particulars so that they can transfer
to a safe 'place'.

Most victims fall for this bait trap.Once you release your login particulars,they use to sweep
your account clean.Thats why its advisable not to display your bank account number to strangers.So what happens in the event you
display your bank account no. On the internet?
An interested scammer will pen down the BAN(Bank account number) then proceed to a
stalking mission.This may include googling up your details and in the event they find you on facebook,they are good to go.They get your
phone number as displayed on fb.With the BAN and phone no at their disposal.They do the
number spoofing.Now thats where all matters.
    Obviously the victim will be in doubt and will ask if they are legitimate.They will ask you to peep
the number at the back of your debit card and to your surprise it will be twin to the one you are on line with.Sometimes they will ask you if you are in doubt to call the bank or police.Through their number spoofing,you will find they are the
same ones on the other end.
Be safe.In this digital era,dont trust
anybody.Be very careful on how you handle your private details and to whom you share them with

The more  i visualize the idea by Alex P,the more i get petrified.The idea of having huge saucer fleet to protect the world from typhoons,tornadoes e.t.c is well thought of but based on the dark past the same saucers have ,then it's very risky.
    Think of it.Nuclear bombs might be planted on the saucer to depopulate a certain population from the face of the earth that those who are behind the scenes pulling the strings want annihilated .What if the saucer malfunctions and layers of laser directly strikes the population??What if this is a nwo(New world order) disguised as world peace attainment.

Well,according to me VR headsets are going to be the next big thing.This is because the VR can be used to enhance consumer entertainment ,theraphy,gaming experience and many others.VRs (virtual reality headsets)can be used to enhance consumer entertainment as  consumers of the headsets are able to explore the new world(virtual) ,a creation of the VR headsets.A user talked on how he was on a flight and the plane was flying above the skies when the plane started experiencing blackouts.Thats when he came to the real world.The user said this was pure entertainment.Another user talks of how he walked into a place full of beautiful roses arranged well in a garden.Then there was a blue sea and everything was cool and the environment was serene.The user explained the experience as nirvanic.

This better be true.Nokia working on an android model to be out in 2016.I dont know about you but i find it funny how Nokia uses its old model to  name a new yet to be released android phone.I'm curious how this smartphone will look like.
    I managed to get a screenshot of the speculated specs courtesy of GEEKBENCH;   

From some of the specs i gathered,well i can say it will be not that expensive and can be afforded by many.Maybe Android 5 will lure more consumers into buying the phone.The smartphone running Lollipop powered by a quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT-6582
processor which  supports 720p displays, an 8.0 mp camera and 1080p video recording-via NPU SOURCE:GEEKBENCH
 
Will Nokia make it in the overcrowded smartphone market where Apple is making close to

Yesterday i came to learn why phone
manufacturers always warn of using third party chargers/Accessories for high end smartphones.
       This is due to different components making up the accessories/chargers that defies the original standard of your smartphone.Your original smartphone is manufactured in a way that it adheres to the specific standards set so that the final piece cannot harm the end user.
     Using a third party charger 'abuses' these safety standards followed by the phone.Using a third party charger on your original phone can damage your phone's battery system.

Another case is that of using your smartphone while its charging.This can damage the battery.(The picture above is a photo of the end result of using my phone while charging.Yes.Real talk.
    There was once an incidence where a friend  got electrocuted when he was answering an incoming phonecall while charging.However,this usually occurs when you use third party(since most do not adhere to the safety standards and the SAR May be high above the safety rate) chargers that's why its advisable
to use the original make(charger).

How i miss those days speech recognition came in handy at the workplace.It was just priceless watching members of staff (espc. secretaries who were lucky to retain their jobs as per that time) dictate
documents  and  produce them in 1/4 of the time that they could type them.All was good till limitations happened on PCs.That was the death of mainstream speech recognition on PCs.

   Nowadays Companies like Google,Apple and Microsoft have 'rebirthed' the speech recognition style.The companies install the speech recognition software on the mobile Operating systems and this has been convenient for the end user.It has optimized most of the end users activities.However,The sad thing is that Mainstream adoption of speech recognition software on desktop PCs,
has never 'reincarnated'.But why?Because nowadays things have evolved.There are new office structures and this has made managers   perceive lack of suitability for an office environment which requires some level of serenity.
  Well,expect more and more coming smartphones to be fitted with the speech recognition in the near future.Who said smartphones will get replaced by wearables?Never.

merit.Thats why its not advisable to be on unsecured wifi as a third party could be eavesdropping on your communication with the server.
Thats why i prefer mobile banking.In online banking,you are not sure if you are secure from certified black hats.In addition to that,your browser may be communicating to a man-in-the-middle(MITM attacks)
     So what happens to the information that is stolen?Sometimes the information phished may be sold to other schemes in place to continue
with the vice.(like the nigerian 419 scams).A phishing site has a lifespan of 5 days.After that all the anti-phishing mechanisms
start wiping out all the rogue sites.
   While transacting online,make sure there is a real time secure connection.(usually indicated by a 'padlock' on the top right corner of your webpage.
    The moment you are
online,you cannot doubt the existence of black hats.

I dont know why i find this funny.I was roaming on youtube when i came across this particular the ubiquitous kanye video.I'm still laughing.But i dont really know
why i find it funny

    In the video,kanye can be seen accompanied by his wife kim coming out of a building head
down,paps keeping a distance for reasons best known to us(if kanye ranges close on them,they definately get bodied).Then 6seconds..BOOM!!Kanye slams
his head on a sign.
  "Are you alright?"paps can be
heard asking.Kim tries to assess the Damage.Then kanye ranges close on the nearest  pap "Dont take
pictures tsk"and walks away with kim to his left.

  Now whats strange is that the sign
has a "WRONG WAY" written on it.Could this be symbolism or a indicator of kanye's life.Maybe It
was an indication that kanye needs to repent.Idk.It could symbolise the wrong way kanye is heading.(reminiscent of wrong turn )

Recently i have noticed something suspicious with my smartphone.The camera app has been opening itself even when the phone is not in use.The other day,i was at the field and happened to check on the time from my phone.Then i suddenly found the camera preview on.Damn!I mean this is suspicious 'cause this is not the first time.One answer that crossed my mind was ,could someone be spying on me?And what strengthened my suspicions was the fact each time  this happened the camera switched from the rear to front.How that happened i'm still trying to figure out.
    Well,i went on a research spree on the internet and found out i was not the only one.Others android users have also been experiencing the same issue.Then this article happened.I was on my ritual research then came across this article by Patrick Howell O'Neill on  dailydot.com .It stated ;

notification to tip you off. The spy
app, which doesn’t even show up in
the phone’s list of installed

   How is the spy app installed without the owner noticing?Well this could happened over Wifi.In this case i'm referring to unsecured wifi which lets a third party see your communication with your laptop or smartphone.A malicious hacker can inject  codes of the spy app into a 'clean' Google app from the play store.In the event you are downloading the app,you also download the injected spy app attached to the clean app.When its the turn to install,the codes of the spy app get' runned' and just like that the spy app is disguised in your phone.    This clearly exposes a flaw in the android camera.This is inexcusable .The fact that  Android is tricked into
believing a legitimate preview is
running shocks me.This leaves me with the question of privacy breach.Come to think of it the camera spy app(invisible)  can breach your privacy and go as far as  recording your every activity and  your videos might be uploaded to the youtube or used in blackmail  plots by the hacker.
   If someone can hack an android camera by installing a spy app without the owner identifying the app then its time to 'run'.I just hope Google will fix this flaw.

BANANA PEELS FOR YOUR SHOES??

Millions of people eat banana fruit every day.This is evident with the increased number of banana peels trashed.Did you know that banana peel you just trashed could really come in handy in times when you need some well toned skin and even serotonin increase?
   Well,i guess its true.According to  some post which i'll later post the link after the post,banana peel  boasts of anti-aging oxidants and also rich of nutrients.Now on to today's topic,have you ever heard of people using banana peels to shine their shoes?Yes.So i decided to put it to the test.
•I rubbed the inner part of the peel on the surface of my black shoe
•(Aaargh!That's gross)Some particles of the peel stuck on my shoe.I buffed the shoe with a soft cloth till the  expected end result happened.

NB:Banana peels are rich in potassium which is also present in Kiwi(product)

   I Was like Whoa!Did it just happen.Wow!My shoes were shining looking brand new.So i stepped out ready to  own the day.But to my utter surprise i noticed something along the way.
  Oh no!Drosophilas were on my shoes.I guess it was the permanent banana smell that attracted the fruit flies.It was awkward.Luckily,i had not moved far from my house.I returned amidst surprise looks on the faces of the neighbours ,changed the shoes and i said i'll never use banana peels again.
   They have the desired end result but the thought of Drosophilas (fruits flies) kills my vibe of trying out again.
